Customer Satisfaction Policy


Here at Verde Salon we guarantee your complete satisfaction for any service provided. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the service you receive, we ask that you reschedule within two weeks of that service date. We are committed to fully satisfying our clients with every service received.


Reservations


Call to schedule your appointment today! Scheduling your future appointments prior to leaving the salon will guarantee a specific time to fit your busy schedule. You will receive a confirmation call or email 48 hours prior to your appointment allowing you to make any necessary changes.
Pre-booking for an entire year will save you 10% off of EACH scheduled visit! Please view our Pre-Booking Page for details.

24 Hour Cancellation Notice Policy

We kindly ask for our clients to call 24 hours in advance when canceling your appointment. This 24 hour notice enables the stylist to schedule another client into the space who has previously been placed on our waiting list.


Cell Phones

For the enjoyment of your service and for other clients, we ask that you please place your cell phone on silent mode/or vibrate.


Children

We are pleased to provide hair services for individuals of all ages however; a salon environment is neither suitable nor safe for unattended children. We prefer to ensure your service as well as the service of others be completely enjoyable and relaxing without distractions.


Pets

We kindly ask you to refrain from bringing pets into the salon out of consideration for our other guests. However, guide dogs and other animal aides are welcome.

Product Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with a product you have purchased, it must be returned within 30 days of purchase date. We will gladly exchange the merchandise for another of equal or lesser value. If the product is unopened a full refund may be issued.


Punctuality

We encourage our clients to arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment, allowing time to unwind and enjoy an organic beverage from our bar. Please note that an appointment may be rescheduled as a courtesy to other patrons if you arrive more than 15 minutes late.
